Pride Drive Company - Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Reservations:

1.1. All bookings are subject to availability.
1.2. Reservations can be made through email or WhatsApp send to our customer service team.
1.3. Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Payment:

2.1. Payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon.
2.2. We accept electronic payment methods.
2.3. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and fees.

3. Cancellation and Refunds:

3.1. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may not be eligible for a refund.
3.2. Cancellations made prior to 24 hours of the scheduled service may be eligible for a partial or full refund, sublect to our discretion.
3.3. No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Changes to Services:

4.1. Pride Drive reserves the right to make changes to the scheduled services due to unforeseen circumstances such as trattic, weather conditions, or vehicle availability.
4.2. In the event of a service disruption. we will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives or compensation.

5. Passenger Conduct:

5.1. Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner during the shuttle
5.2. Any unruly or disruptive behaviour that compromises the safety or comfort of others may result in immediate termination of the service without refund.

6. Luggage and Personal Belongings:

6. 1. Passengers are responsible for their own belongings during the journey.
6.2. Pride Drive is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.

7. Safety and Liability:

7.1. Passengers are required to always wear seatbelts during the journey.
7.2. Pride Drive is committed to providing safe transportation, and all vehicles are regularly maintained and inspected.
7.3. In the event of any accidents or injuries, Pride Drive's liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable laws.

8. Privacy:

8.1. Pride Drive respects passenger privacy and will handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

9.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of

Cane Town.

9.2. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cape Town.

By making a booking with Pride Drive, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. These terms may be updated periodically, and it is advisable to review them before making a reservation.
